1. Services Provided

Desk2Quant provides the following services:

• One-on-one mentorship sessions for quant finance
• Interview preparation and career guidance
• Digital products including study materials and code resources
• Technical consulting on derivatives, XVA, and quantitative methods

2. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked through our website
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Payment accepted via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
• Session details and Google Meet link sent via email after payment

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for refund
• No-shows without notice are not eligible for refund
• Contact us via email for rescheduling requests

4. Digital Products

• All digital products are for personal use only
• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling is prohibited
• Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase
• Products are non-refundable once downloaded

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Desk2Quant are protected by copyright. Materials provided during sessions or as part of digital products are for the purchasing customer's personal use only.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Desk2Quant is an independent educational service. Content is for learning and career development only, not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Examples do not guarantee interview, employment, trading, or investment outcomes.
